Learning Objective
Learning a language is a process that takes time, effort and dedication. It is very important to be aware that learning is an individual process. Therefore, it is necessary to know what our motivations and expectations are, which strategies we can implement and which materials or resources we can use to improve our communicative skills.
Task 2: The second step to prepare your Personal Plan of Work is to write a specific learning objective in English to achieve by the end of September. Before writing, take into account the diagnostic activities and the placement test to evaluate your abilities in the language and consider your needs, your interests, the proposed strategies, the materials and the result you want at the end of this first plan.
Example of objective:
I want to improve my academic reading skill by investigating about different reading strategies. So I will choose 2 papers of my career, apply the reading strategies to the papers and do a power point presentation to my classmates of English class about this topic. I will reach my goal by the end of September.

In order to start your Personal Plan of Work, we are going to begin reflecting on the way you have learned the foreign language so far and defining your plan to follow.

DeleteMy learning autobiography or the way as I have learn english is through lessons in the school, in where the teacher give grammar matters, later of the explanation he put of homework or activity exercises of practice. He occasionally put homework of exposition. I in my house do not practice the matters seen in the shcool.

I want to improve radically my vocabulary with the help the my teacher and mainly my help, I will do it translate all the words that seen in my day to day, I will fill my room of papers in english and I will know many words for day.
I want to improve the pronunciation and very mainly the grammar, I want to know the order of the words, How do the sentences is say I want to have knowledge about all the rules of the grammar, I will watch movies in english, listening music in english and for the grammar I will investigate and practice every days.
I catch readings, paragraph and texts in english, I will read them and the words that I do not understand Will seek its meaning in the monolingual dictionary.
I will continue every nights my practice with doulingo.
I will study with “Mansion Ingles” the grammar in the english.
My routine daily will be based in english.
Sincerely I want to improve my english radically, I want to open doors for my future, really I like to learn and I have many habilities And I want that el English Be one more of them, every time I want to stand out and learn english will help me to have a life Successful.
With All the heart a challenge that surely I will fulfill is to be an expert in the language of English!

My goal for the end of the month will be to develop more listening and understanding of the language, for this you also have to have a good vocabulary in inlges. I want to improve my listening skill by whatching movies and t.v shows in english, but the strategy most important it will be listen and learn me a song so I will teach the song to my partenrs. The tool I will use It will be lyrics training.

My plan to improve my grammar: writing the words unknown in the glossary, reading the manga and with respect to ‘listening’ and ‘pronunciation’, I want to sing artists songs …for example the song of Alicia keys: Fallin.

I want improve my listening ability, Because I believe that this ability is associated with my proper pronunciation for that I will practice in the lyrics training around September, adding to that work the elaboration of small dictionary about the words that I don´t know in the letter of songs, for that I will use the monolingual dictionary. my main objetive for the month of september is to improve my grammar and vocabulary. in order to do so, i will use different methods such reading articles for the BBC news, the NGM. For this activities i will take 4 hours a week

I use some strategies like:
- to listen music in english
- watch cartoons in engliss with subtitle as adventure time :) and shingeki no kyojin :) :)
- to practice in computing tool like duolingo and aula facil.

I uderstand you want to focus on grammar, so I suggest you to read the book you like and extract the grammar topics (that you identify in the reading) and look for explanations in youtube, take notes about it and finally prepare a presentation for your classmates about the grammar topics you found in the book.

For example:
I want to improve my listening, vocabulary and speaking by using music. So I will choose 2 songs in English, i will transcribe them, I will look up unknown vocabulary in a monoligual dictionary and do a glosssary, and finally I will speak with an assistant (a friend or the teacher) about the songs and what I learned with the activity.
I want to improve prununciation and vocabuary using didactic support material such as audio books, Also reading scientific articles and watching cnn news in English, I will show my classmates through powerpoint slides my progress

DeleteNonetheless, I recommend you to focus one one objective and material. If you choose to read an audiobook, which audiobook are you going to read? Specify the title. If you want to work with scientific articles, choose one and define the title. And the same with the other materials.
I want to learning the specialized vocabulary and general english comprehension, by this, i will realize a comprehensive reading inside to the english program of my course... focused to the special text of "Relaciones internacionales II", -International relations theories "Marxism"-. Also i will watched one serie in english with english subtitles (in case i can not reader the tesis); the serie would be "Twin Peaks". So I will prepare a little "power point" exposition, supported in pics about the topic. I will meet my goal by the end of september

ReplyDeleteAim 1: Dedicate weekly four hours extraclass, English language learning; distributed like this: Two hours to llok at the most usual grammatical structures, one hour to produce the application shortcuts, and one hour for listening and pronunciation exercises.
Aim 2: Implement the virtual resources available in the blog, for learning the English language, especially vocabulary memorization and listening for phonetic structures.
Aim 3: Articulate the components studiedin the usual tasks of daily life, as in daily routines, for example.
